Job Description
GHJ Search and Staffing is partnering with a well-established boutique business management firm to find their next Senior Business Manager. The ideal candidate brings deep tax expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to serve as a trusted advisor to a unique client base.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- CPA required
- 7+ years of tax experience in business management, public accounting, or family office environments
- Strong knowledge of tax compliance and planning for individuals, entities, estates, and trusts
- Familiarity with entertainment, digital talent, or high-net-worth income streams strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and client-facing skills
