Job Description
CNS is seeking a highly skilled Applications Database Administrator to manage and maintain diverse database and application environments. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in Oracle Applications and a wide range of database systems.
Requirements
- Administer and support Oracle E-Business Suite / Oracle Applications environments.
- Perform installation, configuration, tuning, patching, and upgrades for databases, including: Oracle Database, SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Oracle APEX.
- Administer and support WebLogic Server for application deployment and performance tuning.
- Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions.
- Ensure high availability, backup, and disaster recovery solutions across platforms.
- Work with development and infrastructure teams to support application lifecycle and deployment.
- Implement database security policies and best practices.
- Develop and maintain documentation for database architectures, configurations, processes, and procedures.
