Job Description
We are seeking a Construction Manager, MEP for a Contract position in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will lead and manage overall MEP site operations, plan and supervise installation of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ducting, chilled water piping, ventilation systems, and controls. The candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and 10–15 years of experience in MEP construction, with minimum 5 years in managerial/site leadership role.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 10–15 years of experience in MEP construction
- Minimum 5 years in managerial/site leadership role
- Strong hands-on experience in HVAC systems
- Proficiency in MS Office and project planning tools such as Primavera or MS Project
