- Build and maintain relationships with key customers to enhance repeat business.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of products.
- Ensure products are displayed attractively and according to company standards.
- Implement promotional activities and ensure proper shelf placement for maximum visibility.
- Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO) to minimize product returns due to expirations.
- Collect payments from customers as per agreed payment terms.
- Follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection.
- Maintain accurate records of payments and coordinate with the finance team.
- Develop strong relationships with retail staff and managers to ensure smooth sales and merchandising operations.
- Address any customer queries or issues in a professional manner.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance, merchandising, and payment collections.
