Requirements
- 5+ years of software development management experience

- Strong understanding of system design, scalability, microservices, and distributed architectures
- Practical experience with GitHub Actions, CI/CD, or other automation tools
- Proven ability to mentor engineers and conduct thoughtful, constructive code reviews
