Payroll Analyst

Global Healthcare Exchange (GHX) is a healthcare business and data automation company that enables better patient care and maximizes industry savings using its cloud-based supply chain technology exchange platform, solutions, analytics, and services. The company is privately owned and operates in the United States, Canada, and Europe, employing over 1000 people worldwide. GHX is seeking a Payroll Analyst to support its fast-growing teams in India, with a focus on end-to-end payroll processing, statutory compliance, and payroll analysis.

Requirements

• 7+ years' experience in Payroll, Labour law, taxation, and statutory compliance
• Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, accounting, or related field
• Prior experience working in HR Operations is a plus
• Ability to effectively work with diverse cultures in a global team
• Hands-on experience in payroll accounting, reconciliations, and statutory compliance
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, and a flexible approach
• Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
• Ability to multitask and learn processes quickly for more efficient and effective results
