Account Director

Giant Noise is looking for a Director of Public Relations to lead and mentor a PR team across multiple client accounts, guiding account staff while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.

Requirements

• 7+ years of public relations or communications experience, ideally within an agency environment
• Leadership experience managing teams and multiple client accounts
• A strong understanding of media strategy, storytelling, and integrated communications
• A track record of developing PR campaigns that deliver meaningful business impact
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and team utilization in a service-based environment
• Excellent client communication and presentation skills
• Deep relationships across media and influencer landscapes
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to guide teams through complex, fast-moving projects
