Job Description
Ambiria Homes provides specialized residential services to adults with developmental disabilities within the Greater Los Angeles area, offering individualized care in rooms with up to 3 residents. Staff are trained in various roles including customer service, medication dispensing, and client safety. Flexible schedules are available.
Requirements
- Must be able to speak basic English.
- Must be caring and patient.
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities preferred.
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Must pass background screening with the Department of Justice.
- Must pass Physical and TB test.
- Must be willing to obtain Direct Support Professional Certification 1 & 2.
- Must be willing to obtain Crisis Prevention Intervention Certification.
- Must be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification.
