Job Description
To strengthen our business development team, we are looking for a Junior License Coordinator based in Erlangen, Germany, who will support the management of licensing partnerships and ensure smooth coordination of all related processes.
Requirements
- Support the coordination and administration of international licensing partnerships
- Maintain and update partner records, agreements, and communication in internal systems
- Assist with day-to-day partner communication via email, phone, and occasional meetings
- Prepare documents, reports, and materials related to licensing activities
- Ensure all licensing data and documentation are accurate, complete, and well-structured
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration
- Support the team during industry events, trade shows, and partner visits (Germany & abroad)
