Job Description
Industrial Maintenance Technician job at Giesecke+Devrient ePayments America, Inc. Troubleshoot and perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on equipment. Perform preventative maintenance on machines and support equipment. Collaborate with Production IT and Engineering to prevent machine downtime.
Requirements
- Troubleshoot and perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on all equipment
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on all factory support equipment
- Collaborate with Production IT and Engineering to prevent machine downtime
- Frequently interact with Leads and operators to resolve issues with equipment
- Implement programs to decrease downtime and improve efficiency
- Perform root cause analysis when required on all plant machinery
- Utilize KPI’s to improve equipment uptime and decrease downtime
- Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of process controls
