NetOps Engineer

Giesecke+Devrient is a global company that offers security technologies, both in the physical and digital world. We are looking for a NetOps Engineer to join our Network Operations team to deploy and support mobile core and IP network services, ensuring availability and performance across critical infrastructures.

Requirements

• Operate and maintain IP and mobile packet core networks.
• Manage incidents, service requests, changes and problems.
• Support customer projects, deployments, and network integration.
• Conduct troubleshooting and escalate to R&D when required.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure SLA compliance.
• Collaborate with NOC and cross-functional teams globally.
• Support reporting, monitoring, and service improvement efforts.
