Process and Data Lead, Produce to Ship

The Process & Data Lead (PDL), Produce to Ship will oversee data and processes for production and shipping, providing training to primary users and troubleshooting errors with line-of-business primary users.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills
• 3-5 years of manufacturing and SAP experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
• At least 3 years of demonstrable shipping supply and packaging commodity management experience
• ERP skills and disciplines required (preferably SAP)
• Strong Excel and reporting skills
• Business awareness of cost effective materials management
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to effectively operate in any organizational structure and interface with all levels of the organization
• Ability to effectively manage changing and conflicting priorities and resolve appropriately
• Demonstrates strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
