Director, Principals and Surrogates

The Director of Principals and Surrogates is responsible for the strategic utilization of GIFFORDS' principals and surrogates. The Director ensures principal and surrogate deployment is strategic, efficient and effectively aligned to further the organization's goals.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in scheduling, operations, executive support, events, or political/advocacy environments
• Proven people manager with experience directly managing senior staff and multi-function teams
• Skilled coach and people developer who provides regular, specific, and actionable feedback
