Job Description
The Donation Support Specialist role honors life through donation, meeting and supporting families in circumstances of grief while advocating for donation authorization.
Requirements
- 7 years of work experience and education in a mental health-related field, nursing, first responder role, pastoral and/or spiritual care, or healthcare
- Written and verbal fluency in English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work with families in crisis and advocate for donation authorization
