Job Description
Giftogram is looking for an AI Operations Manager to help harness AI to do its best work. The role involves building AI workflows and automations, identifying and prioritizing AI use cases, and training and enabling the team on AI tools and best practices.
Requirements
- Background in CS, engineering, mathematics, data science, or a related technical field
- Genuine hands-on experience with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or similar
- Familiarity with automation platforms and CRM/GTM tools
- 1–3 years of experience in an operational, analytical, or business-facing role
- Strong communicator who can translate technical concepts for non-technical teammates
- Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment
