Join Giga as Senior Commercial Counsel and be part of a team that's building the future of AI infrastructure. You'll be embedded in the business, negotiating complex commercial contracts and building legal infrastructure to enable speed and growth. Ideal candidate has 4+ years of commercial transactional experience, with a JD from an accredited law school and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 4+ years of commercial transactional experience
- Demonstrated experience negotiating complex commercial contracts
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of ownership
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
