Job Description
Human Resources Generalist aligns human capital needs with the company's strategic objectives, promotes a positive work climate, and contributes to the sustainable growth of the business through efficient talent management.
Requirements
- Personal planning, position administration, and professional career tracking
- Intermediate knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, STPS, and regulations related to hiring and personnel administration
- Basic/intermediate knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365 suite
- Implementation of KPIs, performance indicators, and individual and group improvement plans
- Communication skills in Spanish and English (basic/intermediate level)
- Negotiation and interpersonal relationship management
- Problem-solving and decision-making based on data
- Collaborative leadership and team motivation
