GGHC is seeking a technology professional to join our dedicated IT Systems team to provide support in all areas of technology, including end-user support, and deliver meaningful IT solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in IT support and systems administration.
- Ability to work in-office 5 days per week to support on-site users and infrastructure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive, improvement-minded approach to evaluating, implementing, and supporting IT systems.
- Experience contributing to network and infrastructure projects, including implementations, upgrades, and system decommissions.
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, including endpoint security, identity and access management, and MFA.
