Job Description
The Grounds Technician is responsible for maintaining the community grounds and providing top-notch customer service. This includes daily tasks such as trash pick up, cleaning, and repairs, as well as coordinating with the service supervisor.
Requirements
- High school diploma, general education degree, or related Vocational Training
- Basic knowledge of grounds/landscape and maintenance
- Ability to receive and follow detailed instructions
- Effective communication, customer service, and organizational skills
- Physical activity requiring exertion of 25-50 lbs of force, lifting/moving 100+ lbs, and frequent operation of standard tools
- Valid driving license, vehicle, and current automobile insurance
