Requirements
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in automotive or tire industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills, excellent customer service skills, effective communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in financial management
