After-School Programming Specialist

As a member of the Girl Scouts Heart of Central California After-School Programming team, the incumbent will work with contracted and community partner providers to launch and support Girl Scouts After-School Clubs, maintain partnerships, and schedule logistics related to cookie program participation. The position also involves providing training, developing innovative programs, and maintaining accurate recordkeeping.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
• At least 2+ years of experience in a related field
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with others
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Salesforce
• Bilingual skills preferred
• High level of interpersonal and customer service skills
• Valid California driver's license, a clean driving record, and proof of insurance
