Aquatics Director- Camp Butternut Springs

Join the Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana 2026 camp staff as the Aquatics Director at Camp Butternut Springs. As the Aquatics Director, you will supervise campers and staff in aquatic activities, supervise lifeguarding staff, and guide campers through progressive learning experiences.

Requirements

• Lifeguarding certification
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Waterfront Skills certification
• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in lifeguarding, water safety, boating, swim instruction, and staff supervision
• Proof of health physical clearing the candidate for work in a camp setting

Benefits

• Pay: $140 per day ($130 per day if commuting)
