Behavior and Wellness Specialist- Camp Butternut Springs

Join the Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana 2026 camp staff as a Behavior and Wellness Specialist at Camp Butternut Springs. The role involves overall health and safety of campers and staff, focusing on mental health, behavior management, and self-care. Work from June 5 to August 2 with a typical schedule of 11:00 a.m. Sunday-7:00 p.m. Friday.

Requirements

• Prior experience working with children of various ages
• Experience working in an outdoor setting
• Certified in Youth Mental Health First Aid or similar MESH training
• 3+ years of relevant experience in related field
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications
