Job Description
The Head Counselor reports to the Unit Manager and plans and delivers program activities and events. They oversee campers and staff in their living unit and ensure campers are properly supervised and safe.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Completion of high school or equivalent
- Documented experience supervising camp programs or staff
- Ability to interact with all age levels
- Must be able to obtain or become certified in First Aid/CPR prior to first day of work
