Job Description
The Community Engagement Specialist is responsible for developing and executing effective recruiting strategies to increase awareness and participation in Girl Scouting through in-person meetings, presentations, and networking opportunities with community organizations, corporations, schools, educators, and faith-based institutions. They will cultivate relationships with community leaders and organizations to support recruitment efforts and ensure a diverse staff that reflects the communities they work with.
