Job Description
Maintenance Technician position responsible for executing maintenance, diagnosing problems, and making repairs to maintain physical condition of properties. Perform a variety of work in maintenance and repair of buildings and grounds, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and masonry. Work independently with minimal supervision and provide courteous, consistent, professional customer service.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial property, maintenance, or building trade
- Ability to read and write English as demonstrated by clear and concise written and verbal communications
- Ability to frequently use general maintenance tools, supplies, and equipment
- Ability to frequently handle and use chemicals and general cleaning supplies
- Ability to frequently transport up to 60 pounds variable distances
