Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience working with youth in the community.
- Experience recruiting, training, and leading volunteers.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills; public speaking/facilitation experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team, multitask, meet deadlines, take initiative, and maintain. confidentiality.
