Girls Inc. of Greater Santa Barbara is seeking a Program Manager for our Teen Programs to inspire girls to be strong, smart, and bold.

Requirements

5+ years' experience working with youth in a structured educational setting.
3+ years' experience supervising staff.
Bachelor's Degree with an emphasis in early childhood education, child and adolescent development, elementary education, or social work.
12 college level units in early childhood education or any of the following areas: sociology, psychology, art, music, dance, drama, recreation, education.
Ability to pass criminal background check and pre-employment physical and drug screening.
Vaccinations as required by State Law for licensed child care facilities (TB, Pertussis and Measles immunization. Flu vaccine recommended, but optional).
Strong communication skills and ability and desire to work as a team member of a diverse and dynamic team.
It is highly preferred that applicants possess a clean driving record and have the ability to drive the organization's class C vehicles to safely transport youth passengers and all other driving needs.
Bi-lingual Spanish speaker is highly desired.
