Requirements
- Foundational Experience: Salesforce development or administration experience
- Development Basics: Working knowledge of Flows and exposure to Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components
- Platform Awareness: Familiarity with core Salesforce concepts across Sales and/or Service Cloud
- Quality Mindset: Careful with changes, open to code review feedback, and committed to learning good testing and deployment habits
- Problem Solver: Able to break problems into smaller steps and ask for help at the right time rather than getting stuck
- Collaboration: A proactive communicator who works well with peers and business stakeholders
