Senior Data Engineer/BI Developer

Join Girteka Group, the largest European asset-based transportation company, as a Senior Data Engineer/BI Developer to help drive towards a safer, more sustainable future. You will design and build data objects, enabling SAP Analytics Cloud dashboards, and contribute to successful data models and reports delivery.

Requirements

• Logical/mathematical/analytical set of mind, fast-learner, detail-oriented, well-organized
• Expert of methods, techniques and best practices used in data warehousing and business intelligence
• Advanced SQL knowledge (4+ years)
• Track record of successful BI development, data modelling and support (4+ years)
• Previous SAP Business Intelligence experience (BODS, BW, business object, etc.) is a plus
• Previous SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere (formerly Data Warehouse Cloud), S/4HANA Embedded Analytics experience is a huge plus
• Knowledge of software development life cycle
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodology and tools like Atlassian Jira is a plus
• Fluency in English language - verbal and written communication, including technical writing
