Senior Systems Analyst

Join the Document Management Systems team as a Senior Systems Analyst to support and enhance the organization’s OpenText platform, ensuring stable day-to-day operations while driving the evolution of the solution into a broader Enterprise Content Management (ECM) ecosystem.

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience in the implementation, configuration, and administration of OpenText and/or other enterprise content management (ECM) systems
• Experience with writing functional requirements specification documents, defining user acceptance criteria, validating solutions, troubleshooting incidents
• Highly self-motivated with an exceptional ability to multi-task and able to work independently with little supervision
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with both technical teams and business stakeholders, translating business needs into practical system solutions
