Job Description
Girteka Group is a leading European asset-based transportation company looking for a Software Engineer to own and scale their WordPress ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with WordPress development, experience managing multiple products simultaneously, and a strong interest in agentic coding and integrating AI tools into development workflows.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with WordPress development (themes, plugins, performance optimization)
- Proven ability to manage and scale multiple products simultaneously in a structured environment
- Experience or strong interest in agentic coding and integrating AI tools into development workflows (Cursor, Claude, etc)
- Working knowledge of Laravel and/or ReactJS as a plus
- Familiarity with modern development practices and tools (GitLab, CI/CD, Jira, monitoring tools like Sentry)
