- Strong skills in candidate attraction, interview facilitation, and stakeholders guidance
- Skilled in entering new talent markets and delivering creative global talent acquisition solutions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with professional proficiency in Lithuanian and English (B2 level or higher)
- Familiarity with ATS platforms is preferred
