Girteka Group is seeking a Legal Counsel in Šiauliai to provide comprehensive legal services in Lithuania and throughout the European Union. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of professional experience as a lawyer and a university degree in law. The role involves legal monitoring, risk management, and case coordination in various areas, as well as working with external partners and other Girteka colleagues.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience as a lawyer in an attorney's office or as an in-house lawyer
• University degree in law
• Excellent knowledge of English and Lithuanian languages (written and spoken); Russian language proficiency is a plus
• Business acumen, orientation to results, and initiative, practical approach to problem-solving
• Strong analytical skills and good argumentation and negotiation skills
• Motivation to learn, improve, and take on new responsibilities
• Positive, solution-focused attitude ('how to do it', not 'why not')
