Materials Planner

We are a leading North American manufacturer of baked goods looking for a Materials Planner to generate production plans and ensure inventory needs are met. The role involves reviewing raw material requirements, scheduling production, and collaborating with operational departments.

Requirements

• Completion of college degree in Business or Supply Chain Management
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment as a Production Scheduler
• Experience implementing and utilizing ERP software
• Extensive knowledge of MPS/MRP, Demand Flow, JIT, Forecasting, Inventory Planning and Supply Chain Design
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Able to find new methods and principles and ability to incorporate them into existing practices as needed.
