Job Description
Givebutter is seeking a Senior HR Manager to support our rapidly scaling, globally distributed organization. This role partners closely with People leadership to ensure our international teammates across Asia and Latin America have a consistent, high-quality employee experience while operating in a compliant, efficient, and people-first way across multiple countries.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of HR experience, with a strong background supporting globally dispersed teams
- Experience partnering with leaders in high-growth or high-volume operational environments
- Comfort navigating multiple employment models, including EORs
- Strong HR operations toolkit: process, documentation, consistency, and systems
- Clear communication style across cultures and time zones
