Givebutter is hiring a Senior Manager of Demand Generation to own and grow the programs that put Givebutter in front of the right organizations at the right time.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing, with at least 2 years managing a team.
- Strong strategic mindset; you can build a plan, align stakeholders, and hold a team accountable to it.
- Hands-on background in paid search and/or marketing operations with enough experience to guide your team and push back when needed.
- Comfort with analytics and reporting tools (GA4, Looker, HEX, HubSpot, or similar) and the ability to build clear performance narratives from data.
- Experience managing six-figure+ marketing budgets with a clear ROI lens.
- Experience scaling 1:many account-based marketing programs.
- SaaS or B2B experience preferred; nonprofit tech or mission-driven company experience is a plus.
