Bangladesh Safeguarding Associate Field Manager

GiveDirectly is a non-profit organization that provides cash grants directly to people living in extreme poverty. We are looking for a Safeguarding Associate Field Manager to ensure that our activities are planned and delivered in ways that prevent abuse and support appropriate and timely responses to safeguarding concerns.

Requirements

• Conduct safeguarding risk assessments and review operational tools
• Receive, document, and support responses to safeguarding concerns
• Establish and maintain a network of safeguarding focal points
• Maintain and strengthen signposting and referral pathways
• Deliver ongoing safeguarding training and sensitisation sessions
• Represent safeguarding needs in field operations
• Monitor safeguarding trends and incidents
