Senior Recruiter

We're hiring a Senior Recruiter to actively search for exceptional people and serve as a thought partner to leaders across the organization. The role involves full-cycle recruiting for roles across GiveWell's Operations and Outreach functions, building a sourcing strategy, creating hiring infrastructure, and managing candidate experience.
