Requirements

• Quantitatively-oriented advanced degrees
• Substantial relevant experience using empirical tools to make rigorous, evidence-based decisions in the real world
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate complex research findings to a non-technical audience
• Experience with cost-effectiveness modeling and analysis
