Job Description
GKN is seeking a Program Project Manager to manage and lead projects throughout their duration, including NPI projects within the Alabama Engines account.
Requirements
- Manage and lead projects throughout their duration
- Secure successful transition of NPI projects
- Report on KPIs for each project
- Support Program Director with improvement plans and progress monitoring
- Deploy project management standards in the program team
- Assess project risk and execute risk mitigations
- Make arrangements to enable project success
- Adhere to program/project management standards and policies
- Plan and perform Life Cycle Gates
- Manage project management tools
