Job Description
Lead APQP activities for new projects, engineering changes, and product transfers. Coordinate cross-functional teams for on-time readiness. Conduct risk analysis and ensure implementation of preventive actions. Ensure IATF 16949 compliance and assist during internal and external audits.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
- 2â5 years of experience in the automotive industry (Tier 1 or Tier 2).
- Proven experience in project development under APQP methodology.
- Hands-on experience with Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA (AIAG & VDA), MSA, SPC.
