Job Description
The Team Leader is responsible for providing operational support services, training operators, and contributing to production plans. The role involves leadership and direction, equipment maintenance, work scheduling, and health and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering
- Sound experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems (7 to 12 months in the role of supervisory)
- Ability to lead and direct a team
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment for emergency repairs
- Ability to generate solutions to complex inefficiencies
