Job Description
Our client, a leading bank in the Democratic Republic of Congo, is seeking an experienced Business Continuity Manager (BCM) to strengthen its management team.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in business continuity management (BCM) or a related field.
- Strong understanding of risk management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in conducting business impact analyses and developing business continuity plans.
- Experience in BCP testing and exercise.
- Knowledge of banking sector best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Experience working in a highly regulated environment.
- Fluent French and advanced English.
