Chargé(e) de Transit

We are seeking a Transport Coordinator to join our team in Lubumbashi, Democratic Republic of Congo. The Transport Coordinator will be responsible for the daily management of transit and customs clearance operations, ensuring compliance with documentation, cost optimization, and respect for deadlines according to Congolese customs legislation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, International Trade, Customs, or equivalent
• Significant experience in transit operations, customs clearance, and import-export, ideally in an industrial or mining environment
• Master of Congolese customs legislation, SYDONIA World procedures, and different customs regimes (IM4, IM7, ATS, EX1, etc.)
• Rigor, organization, and excellent operational follow-up skills
• Good communication skills and ability to maintain effective relationships with transit companies, authorities, and external partners
• Results-oriented, capable of managing priorities, and respecting tight deadlines
• Master of office software (Excel, Word, Outlook) and document tracking systems
• Professional knowledge of English is an asset
