Job Description
We are looking for a Security Zone Chief (M/F) for a major player in the private security sector in the DRC. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational follow-up, risk assessment, and deployment planning on the ground.
Requirements
- Evaluate and supervise security, safety, and surveillance on partner sites
- Evaluate personnel skills
- Supervise and coordinate security operations in the area under their jurisdiction
- Manage a security team on the ground, ensuring agent training and continuous development
- Ensure the implementation and respect of security procedures and quality standards
- Establish and maintain solid relationships with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders
- Perform regular inspections to ensure compliance with security standards and proactive problem-solving
