Job Description
Operational Excellence Coordinator (H/F) for a major player in the industrial and mining equipment sector in DRC, responsible for driving and animating the continuous improvement process, ensuring the follow-up of PEO programs, measuring performance, evaluating and calibrating actions, supervising inventories and CAPEX tracking.
Requirements
- Bac+5 degree in Engineering, Business School or Finance
- Confirmed experience in operations, ideally in a concessionaire or similar industrial sector environment
- Performance tracking tools, planning, reporting, and operational project management
- Leadership, rigor, analytical capacity, sense of initiative, ability to organize and lead actions, and ability to communicate effectively
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
