Job Description
Our client, a global leader in the transportation and logistics sector, is looking for an Operational Excellence Manager to deploy Operational Excellence in their entity in the Great Katanga, Democratic Republic of Congo. The role involves maintaining a register of problems, prioritizing and planning ExOp projects, and developing Lean skills of teams.
Requirements
- Solid experience in Operational Excellence, ideally in an industrial or logistics environment
- Certified Green Belt or Black Belt Lean Six Sigma, or strong appetite for continuous improvement methodologies
- Ability to manage a portfolio of projects with rigor and efficiency
- Recognized leadership, capacity to convince and mobilize all hierarchical levels
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of logistics activities, import-export or maritime solutions (asset)
