We are seeking a Financial Director to oversee the financial and administrative functions of our subsidiary in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and strengthening the company's economic stability.

Requirements

• Supervise general and analytical accounting of the subsidiary
• Control and validate incoming and outgoing financial flows
• Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements
• Establish financial and budgetary indicators for performance tracking
• Supervise tax obligations and regulatory declarations
• Manage relationships with tax and public administrations
• Supervise HR functions, including payroll, insurance, and personnel follow-up
• Manage procurement, general services, and transit to optimize operations
• Establish and follow internal control procedures to minimize financial and operational risks
