Job Description
We are seeking an experienced lawyer to join our team in Kinshasa, DRC. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising and accompanying operational teams on all legal issues, drafting and negotiating contracts, and ensuring the company's activities comply with regulations.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in law, ideally in corporate law
- Confirmed experience as a lawyer in a company
- Solid team management and budget management skills
- Excellent knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and judicial procedures
- Ability to work on transversal subjects and bring a strategic vision
- Fluency in French, English is a plus
